# Troubleshooting common issues

### **Problem:** Cannot send vUSD to the pool (an "unknown error" appears)

This issue sometimes occurs but is usually easy to fix. Try the following:

* **Check available balance:** Make sure you have enough *available* vUSD to send, not just in your total balance. If all funds are invested in assets, you'll need to sell some of them.
* **Use a different wallet:** Often the problem is solved by temporarily connecting the built-in Telegram wallet (Ton Space). After successfully sending to the pool you can reconnect your main wallet.
* **Reconnect the wallet:** Try disconnecting your wallet in settings and connecting it again.
* **Enter the amount manually:** Do not use the "25%", "50%" buttons. Try entering the amount to send manually, and preferably a little less than the full amount.

### **Problem:** App won't load (white or black screen)

This is often related to internet connection problems or regional blocks.

* Try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.
* Try using a VPN.

Also, we are still a very new app and sometimes experience issues. Ask in [the main chat](https://t.me/TokenTacticsLive), and we'll let you know if it's a system-wide outage or just an issue on your end.

### **Problem:** My Daily Streak reset even though I opened the game

Simply opening the app is not enough. To maintain the streak you must perform at least one action per day — **buy or sell an asset**. Note that game days reset at 03:00 Moscow time (00:00 UTC).

To check whether you performed actions each day, go to settings (gear) and view the transaction history. If you see transactions for every consecutive day in your history, but your streak still reset, please let us know in [the main chat](https://t.me/TokenTacticsLive).

### **Problem:** My wallet (Tonkeeper) keeps "disconnecting"

This is a known issue that sometimes occurs with Tonkeeper. You can simply reconnect it each time before withdrawing funds, or use the built-in Telegram wallet (Ton Space), which is more stable.

Also remember that the wallet doesn’t need to be connected constantly — it only needs to be connected while sending to the airdrop pool or withdrawing to an external wallet. At other times it can remain disconnected.

### **Problem:** I completed all tasks but my level doesn't increase

To advance to a new level you need to complete **all tasks** and **accumulate the required amount of experience (XP)**. Make sure both conditions are met.

### **Problem:** I invited a friend but they weren’t counted in referrals

Most likely the user who followed your link was already registered in the app before. The system counts only unique new players. Also make sure you haven’t reached your referral invite limit for your current level.

### **Problem:** Why am I buying an asset for less than 10% of my total balance?

The system calculates 10% from the **available** balance, not the total. If part of your funds is "locked" in already purchased assets, the new purchase amount will be smaller. To buy again using 10% of the total balance you need to sell all assets. The developers are aware of this issue and plan to fix it.
